交底內(nèi)容：
本工程的道路基層分為兩層，下基層為4%水泥穩(wěn)定石屑，厚15cm；上基層為6%水泥穩(wěn)定級配碎石，厚35cm。施工工藝要求如下：
一、4%水泥穩(wěn)定石屑下基層
1、 施工測量：施工前對路基按質(zhì)量驗收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行驗收。之后，恢復(fù)中線，直線段每10～20m設(shè)一樁，平曲線段每10～15m，并在兩側(cè)路面邊緣外0.3～0.5m處設(shè)指示樁，在指示樁上用紅漆標(biāo)出基層（或基底層）邊緣設(shè)計標(biāo)高及松鋪厚度的位置。
2、 備料：根據(jù)各路段基層的寬度、厚度及預(yù)定的干密度，計算各路段的干燥集料數(shù)量。根據(jù)混合料的配合比、材料的含水量以及所用車輛的噸位，計算各種材料每車料的數(shù)量。也可根據(jù)各種集料所占的比例及其松干密度，計算每種集料的松鋪厚度，以控制集料施工配合比，而對結(jié)合料（水泥）仍以每袋的攤鋪面積來控制劑量。各種材料的規(guī)格型號為：
A、 水泥：采用32.5普通硅酸鹽水泥。
B、 石屑集料：壓碎值不小于30%，一般松干容重1500~1600kg/m3，細(xì)度模數(shù)為3.3~3.5。
C、 拌和用水應(yīng)采用清潔飲用水。
3、 拌和：
采用現(xiàn)場集中進(jìn)行集中拌和。拌和時要注意：
