級配碎石底基層施工技術交底記錄.doc

交底內容：
1、在鋪筑級配碎石底基層（墊層）前，應從填筑好的路基上將所有浮土、雜物清除干凈，并嚴格整形和壓實使其符合設計圖紙要求。
2、路床表面上的車轍或松軟部分和壓實不足的地方以及任何不符合規(guī)定要求的表面都應翻松、清除或摻填同類材料重新進行整修碾壓，使其達到本標段技術規(guī)范的相關技術要求。
3、 施工前對路基進行復驗，同時保證路基排水設施的完好。
4、 恢復中線測量：直線段每20～25m設一樁，平曲線每10～15m設一樁。
5、碾壓：采用12T以上壓路機碾壓，碾壓方向均應與中心平行，其碾壓順序一般是:直線段由邊到中，超高段由內側向外側，依次連續(xù)均勻進行碾壓。碾壓時，后輪重疊1/2輪寬，使每個攤鋪碾壓層整個厚度和寬度完全均勻地壓實到規(guī)定的壓實度為止。壓實后表面平整、無輪跡或隆起，并有正確的斷面和適當的路拱。壓實機碾壓速度的控制，頭兩遍以采用1.5～1.7Km/h為宜，以后用2.0～2.5Km/h。壓路機壓不到的地方，用機夯實直到達到規(guī)定的密實度為止。
7、碾壓后墊層表面應平整、堅實、無粗細料局部集中現象，碾壓輪跡深度不得大于5mm。否則已施工的碎石墊層需再次碾壓到設計要求為止。
