腳手架工程安全技術交底卡.doc

安全交底內容：
1、 必須按施工組織設計進行施工。
2、 搭設、拆除腳手架必須戴安全帽及穿軟底鞋。
3、 外墻腳手架必須在主體結構施工以前搭設，并按照有關規定搭設安全檔板或者安全網；腳手架應高出工作面1.2M以上。
4、 用于連接大橫桿的對接扣件，應避免開口向上設置，防止雨水侵入。
5、 腳手架分段或搭設完畢，須經施工負責人、質安員驗收合格后，方可使用；高層建筑的外墻腳手架要采取卸荷措施。
6、 在大風雨或停工一段時間后、應對腳手架進行全面檢查，如發現變形、下沉、鋼構件銹蝕嚴重，連接扣松脫等，要及時加固維修后方可使用。
7、 拆除腳手架應設圍欄，拆除工作應由上而下，一步一清，不準上下同時作業，拆除物件不得往下投擲。
8、 拆除大橫桿、剪刀撐時應先拆中間扣，再拆兩頭扣，由中間操作人員往下順傳竹桿。
9、 遇大雨、雷、五級以上及夜間不得作業。
用Φ6鋼筋預埋砼梁外邊，每3米水平設一道，待砼梁板拆除后，收緊鋼筋，再加回頭頂。
Security cards on the table contents:
1, must be constructed according to the construction organization design.

6, when the storm or after a period of suspension of work, scaffolding should conduct a comprehensive inspection, if found deformation, subsidence, severe corrosion of steel components, connecting buckle loose, they have to be repaired in time to use reinforcement.
7, removal of the fence should be set up scaffolding, demolition work should be top-down, step one clear, closed down operations at the same time, removal of objects not throw down.
8, removal of a large bar, scissors should be removed first, middle button, and then split two buttons, the operator by the middle pass down the smooth bamboo.
9, heavy rains, thunder, and night shall not work more than five.
Reinforced concrete beam embedded with Φ6 outside, set a level of 3 meters each, to be removed after the concrete slab, to tighten the steel, coupled back to top of the head.
