綜合管溝混凝土工程施工技術(shù)交底.doc

交底內(nèi)容：
1. 綜合管溝及其附屬工程的結(jié)構(gòu)砼為C30防水砼，抗?jié)B標(biāo)號為S6，墊層為C15素砼。
2. 混凝土的保護(hù)層厚度：
綜合管溝及其附屬工程結(jié)構(gòu)的地下結(jié)構(gòu)：底板下層、壁板外側(cè)和頂板上層為50mm，其余為30mm；
綜合管溝及其附屬工程結(jié)構(gòu)的地上結(jié)構(gòu)：梁、柱為35mm，板為25mm；
3. 混凝土配制：本工程采用商品混凝土，混凝土配置嚴(yán)格按設(shè)計要求的技術(shù)指標(biāo)確定。混凝土配合比必須經(jīng)試驗確定，水泥的選用要減小地下水對鋼筋及混凝土的腐蝕。
4. 混凝土澆注前對模板、鋼筋、預(yù)埋件、預(yù)留孔洞、止水帶等進(jìn)行檢查，清除模板內(nèi)雜物，隱蔽驗收合格后，方可灌注混凝土。
5. 混凝土澆注過程中隨時觀測模板、支架、鋼筋、預(yù)埋件和預(yù)留孔洞等情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，及時處理。
6. 混凝土的澆注：本工程采用商品混凝土，并用流槽把砼從攪拌車直接卸到澆注地點。混凝土到達(dá)現(xiàn)場后，材料試驗員核準(zhǔn)混凝土發(fā)車時間，混凝土的品種、強(qiáng)度等級，混凝土坍落度是否在規(guī)定的范圍內(nèi)，并隨機(jī)取樣測定和做試塊，嚴(yán)格把好混凝土的質(zhì)量關(guān)。不同的分部混凝土施工分述如下：
(1).  底板混凝土澆注：
A.  底板厚300mm，混凝土強(qiáng)度等級為防水C30、抗?jié)B等級為S6。在底板面以上500mm設(shè)置一水平施工縫，施工中間設(shè)鍍鋅鋼板止水帶，截面為300mm×3mm。
B.  在混凝土澆筑前24小時內(nèi)對墊層進(jìn)行灑水濕潤，采用“一個坡度、分層澆筑、循序推進(jìn)、一次到頂”的斜面分層法澆筑。
C.  每個施工段均選擇沿管溝方向澆筑，逐層覆蓋沿管溝方向推進(jìn)。澆筑混凝土?xí)r保證每個工作面各有一個流槽。混凝土澆注要連續(xù)，一氣呵成，不留任何豎向施工冷縫。
D.  澆筑混凝土?xí)r邊澆筑邊振搗，振動器插入方式可采用行列式或
