      質量計劃
      一、前言
      廣州南部地區快速路位于廣州市南部,貫穿番禺南北,北接廣州環城高速公路南環線,南接龍穴島深水港,是廣州南部地區未來道路主骨架網絡的重要組成部分。
      新龍特大橋是廣州南部地區快速路的重點橋梁工程項目,該工程位于珠江三角洲平原區番禺珠江河口段,起點為番禺區新墾鎮,終點為龍穴島西堤岸新港區,是快速路最南端的一座特大橋,先后跨十七涌和龍穴南水道,按城市快速路標準設計。是南沙開發區的標志性工程之一,該橋的建成對廣州南部地區的發展起著至關重要的作用。
      為了本項目工程滿足合同需要,確保工程在項目施工期間嚴格按照已制定的具體質量要求,滿足創廣州市樣板工程的目標,特制定新龍大橋工程《質量計劃》。
      1工程概況
      1.1工程名稱:廣州南部地區(侖頭~龍穴島)快速路新龍大橋。
      1.2建設地點:廣州南部地區(侖頭~龍穴島)快速路新龍大橋工程位于珠江三角洲平原區番禺珠江河口段,起點為番禺區新墾鎮,終點為龍穴島新港區,設計起點樁號為K63+770.007,終點樁號為K66+256.007。
      1.3工程功能:是根據廣州南部地區開發的總體規劃以及南沙新港港區的經濟發展需要,由廣州市安排建設的重點橋梁設施工程,是南沙開發區的標志性工程。
      1.4工程規模:全橋長2486m。
      1.5結構類型:橋跨組合為26×30+4×50+(110+200+110)+6×50+26×30,橋梁全寬28.5m。
      1.6開工日期:2002年6月28日,計劃完工日期為2004年3月28日。
