沉井是在地面或地坑上,先制作開口鋼筋混凝土筒身,達到一定強度后,在井筒內分層挖土、運土,隨著井內土面逐漸降低,沉井筒身借其自重克服與土壁之間的摩阻力,不斷下沉而就位的一種深基或地下工程施工工藝。
沉井結構和沉井施工的特點是:沉井結構截面尺寸和剛度大,承載力高,抗滲、耐久性好,內部空間可資利用,可用于很大深度地下工程的施工,深度可達50m;施工不需復雜的機具設備,在排水和不排水情況下均能施工;可用于各種復雜地形、地質和場地狹窄條件下施工,對鄰近建筑物、構筑物影響較小;當沉井尺寸較大,在制作和下沉時,均能使用機械化施工;比大開挖施工,可大大減少挖、運、回填土方量河加快施工速度,降低施工費用。本工藝標準適用于工業與民用建筑的深坑、地下室、水泵房、設備深基礎、橋墩、碼頭等沉井工程。
一、材料要求
1.水泥
用425號或525號普通硅酸鹽水泥或礦渣硅酸鹽水泥,新鮮無結塊。
2.砂
