T梁預制采用立式預制。底模采用30cm厚C25鋼筋砼底模，長度30米，地模用角鋼鑲邊，表面用磨光機拋光。由于設計T梁起吊采用兜底吊，因此在兩端起吊位置各設置一塊40㎝長5㎜厚活動鋼板作底模，地模砼留孔400×300便于穿索。地梁兩端T梁支座位置設置凹槽，大小與支座鋼板相同，凹槽內坡度按設計要求設置。于地模高度一半位置預設φ50PVC＠600，便于穿拉桿固定側模底部。側模、階梯端模采用6mm厚鋼模，廠家定制，封端模板計劃采用木板加工。T梁模板計劃配備2套半，邊梁半套，中梁2套。
一、預制工藝流程
做底胎模→鋼筋安裝→安裝波紋管→穿鋼絞線→安裝錨板→安裝側、端模→澆注砼→拆模養護
二、模板的安拆
模板的安裝和拆除均采用人工配合龍門吊，裝拆時應注意以下事項：
①在整個施工過程中要始終保持模板的完好狀態，認真進行維修保養工作。
②模板在吊運過程中，應注意避免碰撞，嚴禁從吊機上將模板懸空拋落。
③模板在首次使用時，要對模面認真進行除銹、拋光工作。除銹、拋光采用鋼絲刷清除銹垢，然后涂刷脫模劑，脫模劑的涂刷要注意均勻、不遺漏。
④裝拆時,要注意檢查接縫處止漿墊的完好情況,如發現損壞應及時更換,以保證接縫緊密、不漏漿。
⑤模板安裝精度要求見表。在安裝過程中,要及時對各部分模板進行精度控制,安裝完畢后應進行全面檢查,若超出容許偏差,則應及時糾正。
⑥模板安裝與鋼筋工作配合進行，妨礙綁扎

First, pre-process

Second, the security template removed
Installation and removal of the template are used with the gantry crane manual assembly and disassembly should note the following:

④ assembly and disassembly, we should pay attention to check the seams Grout pad good condition, if found damaged should be replaced to ensure the joints tight, no leakage of slurry.
⑤ template installation precision table. During the installation process, to timely precision control of all parts of the template, the installation should be carried out after a comprehensive examination, if the deviation beyond the tolerance should be corrected.
