現(xiàn)澆箱梁掛籃施工方案
叉河特大橋位于K104+242位置處,為左右分離式,其中左幅布置形式為為25+75+130+75+3×25m,右幅布置形式為75+130+75+3×25m的箱型變截面預(yù)應(yīng)力T型連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋,箱梁根部高7.5m,跨中高2.6m,箱梁高為梁中線位置的高度,邊中跨比較小為0.5769,這樣將有利于箱梁內(nèi)的應(yīng)力合理分布,左右側(cè)高度不一,臂長(zhǎng)度為3.5m。
施工中需要隨時(shí)對(duì)掛籃懸吊系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行調(diào)整,箱梁底板按照R=351.659m變化,底板頂面按照R=391.092m變化,系按照?qǐng)A曲線變化,這樣設(shè)計(jì)的目的是減少墩頂?shù)膹澗財(cái)?shù)值,相應(yīng)減少主梁內(nèi)的主拉應(yīng)力。箱梁采取掛籃懸臂澆筑施工,最大施工懸臂長(zhǎng)度為58.5m,最大懸澆重量為142.9t,按照設(shè)計(jì)的施工順序?yàn)?先在墩身托架上澆筑0#段,后向兩邊逐段懸臂澆筑并張拉預(yù)應(yīng)力束,先邊跨合攏,再中跨合攏,整個(gè)施工過(guò)程相鄰澆筑節(jié)段對(duì)稱(chēng)進(jìn)行。和攏時(shí)橋梁由T形靜定懸臂狀態(tài)變?yōu)槌o定狀態(tài),實(shí)現(xiàn)了體系轉(zhuǎn)換。
砼采用拌合站集中拌制,利用HBT-60型混凝土輸送泵垂直泵送進(jìn)行箱梁施工.在左2#(右1#)及左3#(右2#)墩柱位置各布置8t塔吊1臺(tái)垂直運(yùn)輸材料、小型設(shè)備、機(jī)具等。
叉河特大橋施工總工期控制在25個(gè)月內(nèi)。階段目標(biāo)為:2005年5月前完成樁基礎(chǔ)施工,2005年11月前完成墩柱施工,2006年10月前完成T構(gòu)懸
