一、工程簡介與技術(shù)要求
該橋采用中承式鋼管混泥土拱橋，橋跨組合為（22+28+22）米（連續(xù)梁引
橋）+284 米（中承失拱主橋橋面長）+（6*22）米（連續(xù)梁引橋），橋梁全長
501 米，主孔為凈跨260 米。
橋梁主拱采用斜拉扣掛懸臂拼裝方法施工，全橋共分26 個拱肋節(jié)段，分
26 段吊裝，每段吊重約57 噸，全部節(jié)段加工重量1455 噸。待鋼管桁架拼裝
合攏后，對主拱圈主肋鋼管內(nèi)灌注砼，形成鋼管砼桁架。每個節(jié)段有主拱上
下弦管、平板、蓋板、豎斜腹桿、肋間橫撐主管和連接管等主要構(gòu)件焊接而
成。其中，拱腳段上、下5 個節(jié)間范圍為外包砼段。
該橋梁采用工廠制作、現(xiàn)場安裝拼焊與防腐施工的方式進行制造，所以長
效防腐工程集中在工廠內(nèi)完成。
由于該橋地處宜賓地區(qū)，橫跨金沙江，因此該橋?qū)㈤L年處于較強的酸雨腐
