一、 路基工程施工
1、 區(qū)段劃分和力量布置
(1)區(qū)段劃分。擬成立兩個(gè)路基施工連隊(duì),路基一連負(fù)責(zé)324+000-325+500段,全長(zhǎng)1.5km,路基挖方總量 立方米,填方總量 立方米。路基二連負(fù)責(zé)K324+000~K321+500段全長(zhǎng)2.5km,填方總量度 立方米,全部為借土。
(2)力量布署
詳見(jiàn)《投入本工程的人員數(shù)量表》和《擬投入本合同工程的主要施工機(jī)械設(shè)備表》。
2、 土方調(diào)配方案
本合同段挖方面 m3,填方面 m3。填缺部分從323+000處借土,運(yùn)距2-3km。為合理利用和借方,節(jié)約工程費(fèi)用縮短工期,制訂了土方調(diào)配方案,詳見(jiàn)《路基土方調(diào)配示意圖》。中標(biāo)后我部在不影響設(shè)計(jì)要求的基礎(chǔ)上,組織有關(guān)人員進(jìn)一步現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)量調(diào)查,做好以下幾項(xiàng)具體工作:
(1) 重新復(fù)核土石方數(shù)量;
(2) 對(duì)不符合填方填料質(zhì)量要求的利用方予以廢棄;
(3) 將土的壓縮率通過(guò)試驗(yàn)計(jì)算調(diào)整;
(4) 調(diào)查相鄰施工單位有無(wú)棄方可取填以保證進(jìn)度。
3、 路基開(kāi)挖、填筑施工方案要點(diǎn)
1) 挖土方式
采用綜合式開(kāi)挖,具體做法是:從上而下分層開(kāi)挖。橫挖法、分層、分段縱挖法,根據(jù)具體情況靈活變動(dòng)使用。
橫挖法:按挖方地段的一端或兩端按橫斷面全寬逐漸向前開(kāi)挖。
分層縱挖法:按斷面全寬縱向分層開(kāi)挖。
分段縱挖法:按挖方每個(gè)工點(diǎn)分成幾段再分層縱向開(kāi)挖。
施工工藝流程和開(kāi)挖方式詳見(jiàn)附圖。
2) 注意事項(xiàng)
① 在任何情況下,都不得亂挖或超挖,更不得采用baopo法開(kāi)挖。
② 半填半挖或半山坡斷面挖土,當(dāng)坡頂?shù)狡履_垂直高度過(guò)高,而且寬度小,無(wú)法擴(kuò)寬工作面,轉(zhuǎn)移和安設(shè)挖掘機(jī)有困難且不

2 Earthwork programs
Terms of this contract section dug m3, filled side m3. Fill in missing parts from the 323 +000 Department to earth, distance 2-3km. 3, subgrade excavation, embankment construction program elements
1) The excavation method

Horizontal digging method: by the end of the excavation site or the full width at both ends of the gradual move by cross-section excavation.
