路基壓實
路基壓實是保證路基質(zhì)量的重要環(huán)節(jié)，路堤、路塹和路堤基底均應(yīng)進行壓實。
   一、土質(zhì)路基的壓實
    填土路堤壓實施工工序流程如下圖所示。

   1．鋪筑試驗路段確定路基壓實的最佳方案
    影響路基壓實的主要因素有土的力學(xué)性質(zhì)和壓實功能、土的含水量、鋪層厚度、土的級配以及底層的強度和壓實度。路基碾壓時，并不是這些因素獨立起作用，而是這些因素共同起作用。因此高速公路進行路基施工時，應(yīng)用不同的施工方案做試驗路段，從中選出路基壓實的最佳方案。
     鋪筑試驗段需制訂試驗方案，其目的是在給定壓路機的情況下，找出達到壓實標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的最經(jīng)濟的鋪層厚度和碾壓次數(shù)。確切地說，就是尋求鋪層厚度與碾壓次數(shù)之比的極大值。試驗路段位置應(yīng)選擇在地質(zhì)條件、斷面形式均具有代表性的地段，路段長度不宜小于100cm。具體實施可以按以下步驟進行。
（1）取代表性土樣做重型擊實試驗，確定土的最佳含水量ω和最大干密度ρdmax，并繪制干密度與含水量的關(guān)系曲線。
（2）根據(jù)土的干密度與含水量關(guān)系曲線控制土的含水量ω。
（3）確定鋪層厚度和碾壓遍數(shù)。一般可根據(jù)壓路機械的功能及土質(zhì)情況確定鋪層厚度，高速公路一般應(yīng)按松鋪厚度30cm進行試驗，以確
