一、項目概述
    洣江大道二期工程位于洣江北岸，西起衡東大橋橋頭處，連接洣江大道一期，沿洣江向東與文明東路平交后，一直向東延伸連接到衡大高速連接線上，本標段全長1600米，是一條城市Ⅲ級主干道，路幅寬度36米。本道路是城區(qū)的一條重要的東西主干道，建成后它就可和原唯一的一條東西向主干道交通東路一起形成城區(qū)道路交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)，它的建設(shè)對緩解城區(qū)交通擁堵具有重要意義；并可大大改善城市環(huán)境、提升城市品位、有利于促進招商引資、加快城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展。
根據(jù)《中國地震參數(shù)區(qū)劃圖GB18306-2001》，全線地震基本烈度均小于Ⅵ度。故本路線所設(shè)構(gòu)造物僅做簡單抗震設(shè)防。
沿線水系較發(fā)達，河流降水量充沛，雨量多集中在4~8月，河水位受降水量影響明顯。
本區(qū)屬亞熱帶季風(fēng)性濕潤氣候，氣候溫和，四季分明，雨水充沛，春濕多雨；夏秋多旱，嚴寒期短，暑熱期長。常年平均氣溫16.2℃~17.7℃，極端最高氣溫40.5℃，極端最低氣溫-7.9℃，一年中以7~8月最熱，12月~次年2月最冷，有霜凍和降雪，年降水量1325.3~1395.1mm，集中在3~8月，年蒸發(fā)量為1452mm，全年無霜期231～282天。氣候?qū)κ┕び媱澯杏绊懙闹饕�是雨季�?br /> 路線所在地區(qū)交通比較發(fā)達，地方鄉(xiāng)村道路密集、交通便利；電網(wǎng)密布，電力資源充足；有程控電話，可直接與世界各地通訊聯(lián)系。

I. Project Overview

According to "China Earthquake Zoning Map of GB18306-2001", full range of basic earthquake intensity is less than Ⅵ degree. Therefore, this route is only set to do a simple earthquake-proof structures.
More developed along the river system, rivers abundant rainfall, rainfall mostly in 4 to 8 months, the water bit by precipitation was obvious.
This area belongs to humid subtropical monsoon climate, mild climate, four distinct seasons and plenty of rain and wet rainy spring; summer and more drought, cold and short, and long summer heat.
