石方baopo施工方案（K17+000～K17+225路段）

一、施工方案
（一）、工程概況
該自然地形是南低北高，大部分屬于半壁路塹開挖，路基寬度34米，東西長(zhǎng)約230米，中樁最大挖深8.7米，北坡最大挖深約16米，石方baopo約60000立方米。
石質(zhì)為石灰?guī)r，中等硬度，系數(shù)5～8。
（二）、擇定baopo方案
1、由于baopo區(qū)域中樁挖深0～9米不等，為此擬采用淺眼和深孔相結(jié)合的baopo施工方法。
2、對(duì)于挖深＜3米的地段，采用釬風(fēng)鉆鉆孔，進(jìn)行淺眼baopo，對(duì)于挖深≥3米的地段，采用潛孔鉆鉆孔，進(jìn)行深孔baopo。
3、視路槽拉通后的石質(zhì)完整性，必要時(shí)采用光面baopo以確保邊坡平整和穩(wěn)定。
4、不論是淺眼baopo還是深孔baopo，均為定向baopo，臨空面方向調(diào)整為向東、向西或向西北和東北方向，避免朝向村莊方向。
5、為防止整理路槽時(shí)放小炮產(chǎn)生飛石，應(yīng)適度進(jìn)行超爆，然后回填至設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高。

(A), Engineering Overview
The natural terrain is high in the north to south, the majority were banbishan cutting excavation, subgrade width of 34 meters from east to west about 230 meters, the maximum deepening of 8.7 m of pile, the largest North Slope deepening of about 16 meters, about 60,000 Blasting cubic meters.
Stone is limestone, medium hardness, coefficient of 5 to 8.
(B), selected blasting program
1, due to blasting area, deepening piles ranging from 0 to 9 meters, for the proposed use of shallow hole and deep hole blasting method of combining.
2, for the deepening of <3 m sections, using drill pneumatic drill hole, for shallow hole blasting, for the deepening of ≥ 3-meter lot, with hole drilled for deep-hole blasting.
3, depending on the way trough the stone after the completeness-through, if necessary, by blasting to ensure smooth and stable slope.
4, both shallow hole blasting or blasting, are blasting, the empty direction adjusted to the east, west or northwest and northeast to avoid the direction towards the village.
5, finishing way to prevent discharge of small artillery tank produced when flying rocks, should be appropriate for ultra-blasting, then backfill to the design elevation.
