第一卷 水泥砼路面機(jī)械攤鋪
    1特點(diǎn)
    1．1本工法采用螺旋布料器布料、多根振動(dòng)棒振動(dòng)密實(shí)、振搗器上下振搗壓入粗骨料、成型模板擠壓成型和抹光等工序，確保了水泥混凝土路面密度，特別是路面的平整度有了明顯的提高，能滿足高等級(jí)道路、機(jī)場(chǎng)飛行區(qū)等工程的高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)質(zhì)量要求。
    1．2攤鋪施工過程全部自動(dòng)化，采用電動(dòng)液壓控制系統(tǒng)、傳感器控制轉(zhuǎn)向和升降，它集水泥混凝土的布料、攤鋪、密實(shí)、成型和抹光等功能，使水泥混凝土路面一次成型。并且還能適應(yīng)不同寬度（3．66～9．75m）和不同厚度（最大厚度可達(dá)48．3cm）的水泥混凝土路面施工要求，攤鋪速度根據(jù)混凝土的供料速度而定。
    1．3在攤鋪過程中，輔以人工配合，能按設(shè)計(jì)要求在水泥混凝土路面中間或兩側(cè)邊自動(dòng)打入鋼筋傳力桿。
    2適用范圍
    適用于水泥混凝土類的高等級(jí)公路、城市道路、機(jī)場(chǎng)飛行區(qū)、集裝箱堆場(chǎng)和廣場(chǎng)地坪等工程。
    3工藝原理
    水泥混凝土路面滑模式攤鋪機(jī)工藝原理如下圖所示：
 
通過螺旋布料器（包括二次布料器）均勻布料，振動(dòng)棒和振搗器的振實(shí)，經(jīng)滑模板滑出成型，最后由抹光板搓柔整修表面。
    4施工工藝
在驗(yàn)收合格的基層或?qū)�基層進(jìn)行整修合格后，進(jìn)行攤鋪基準(zhǔn)
