一.工程目的:
本工程是為了配合咸陽路污水處理廠工程—咸陽路泵站的建設而修建的長江道(咸陽路—向陽路段)污水連通管工程。
二.工程概況:
自咸陽路沿長江道由東向西鋪設d1600污水管至向陽路,管道全長540米。依據天津市規劃局批復的《咸陽路—密云路泵站連通管工程污水管道路徑規劃》,d1600污水管道位于長江道規劃路中心線以北2米處。
三.工程量:
1、鋪設:
d1600鋼筋混凝土承插口管 520米
d1650頂管 20米
2、砌筑:
戊型檢查井 12座
四.施工準備工作:
1. 調查、收集資料
(1) 實地勘察工程施工作業區的地質情況是否有對施工不利的流砂、軟基的因素,以便施工前作好準備工作。
(2) 實地勘察工程施工作業區內影響施工的各種地上、地下障礙,地上未拆遷的電桿、通訊桿的位置,地下自來水、排水、煤氣、電力、通訊等障礙的位置,以便施工前及時做出工程變更及各種處理方案。
(3) 收集有關的地質資料、技術資料以及施工期間歷年的氣象資料等。
2.外部協作工作
(1) 嚴格履行合同、協議中制定的條款,對于執行合同、協議所遇到的問題應及時與建設單位聯系解決。
(2) 配合顧客、監理、設計單位聯系有關障礙物的拆遷、遷移、切改等工作。
(3) 技術準備工作
首先應熟悉工程設計圖并理解設計人的構思,然后應對圖紙作如下審核:圖紙有無缺漏錯誤、設計圖的圖號

4. Construction preparation work:
1. Surveys to collect information
(1) site investigation works on construction operations, the geological situation have negative flow of construction sand, soft factors, in order to prepare for construction work.
(2) field survey work in the region affect the construction of construction of various aerial and underground obstacles on the ground without removal of the pole, communication pole position, underground water, drainage, gas, electricity, communications, the location of obstacles in order to pre-construction time to make engineering changes, and various treatment options.
(3) to collect geological data, technical information and calendar year during the construction of meteorological information.
2. External collaborative work
