一、工程概況
睢寧二標(biāo)段落內(nèi)共有先張法預(yù)應(yīng)力板梁1686片，集中在K57+429.00處構(gòu)件廠預(yù)制。板梁為上部主要承力結(jié)構(gòu)，其預(yù)制安裝為全橋的關(guān)鍵工序。省、市高指、監(jiān)理單位及我們施工單位較為重視。為確保預(yù)應(yīng)力板梁百分之百合格，必須建立健全質(zhì)量保證體系，制定切合實(shí)際，符合規(guī)范要求的方案加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)場管理，落實(shí)各項技術(shù)保障措施。
二、總體要求
1、鋼筋加工，綁扎、焊接符合設(shè)計要求。
2、鋼絞線的存放、安置、張拉均符合規(guī)范要求。
3、梁板外露面光潔平整，砼強(qiáng)度符合設(shè)計要求。
4、梁板的長度、斷面尺寸及拱度值符合設(shè)計及《公路工程質(zhì)量平定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》。
5、梁板的運(yùn)輸、堆放應(yīng)符合力學(xué)規(guī)律，安裝情況應(yīng)符合安全操作規(guī)程及質(zhì)量評定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
三、施工流程
