新村大橋T梁預(yù)應(yīng)力施工方案
一、 概述
新村大橋T梁長度為30m，預(yù)應(yīng)力張拉采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)號(hào)ASTM A416-98，270級(jí)，公稱直徑15.24mm，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)強(qiáng)度1860MPa的低松弛預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼絞線做為預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼束，鋼絞線松弛率為1.15%，錨具為15-6，15-5，15-3型群錨體系，采用波紋管預(yù)埋制孔。
二、 預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼絞線制作
（1） 鋼絞線的運(yùn)輸及保管
預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼絞線在運(yùn)輸中或現(xiàn)場使用，應(yīng)避免造成局部彎曲和折傷，不得拋扔或拖卷材。
