漳州戰(zhàn)備大橋主橋施工方案

2、 下部施工
主橋7#墩為水中墩,為解決基礎(chǔ)施工及上部結(jié)構(gòu)的材料運(yùn)輸,建議設(shè)立從9#—7#墩的施工棧橋,利用棧橋設(shè)立鉆孔平臺,進(jìn)行主橋鉆孔樁及承臺的施工。,
該橋?yàn)榈蜆冻信_,可采用鋼套箱圍堰進(jìn)行施工。即先在工廠進(jìn)行分塊預(yù)制,通過棧橋運(yùn)至墩位拼裝,通過平臺上的起重設(shè)備進(jìn)行下沉。鋼套箱圍堰可采用單雙壁組合式,下沉方法可采用有水吸泥下沉,然后灌注封底混凝土,施工承臺。
3、 上部施工
3、1 0#塊施工
0#塊的施工為支架施工,其臨時墩柱作為主橋懸臂施工的臨時墩,因此,必須具有足夠的強(qiáng)度和剛度,建議采用鋼管混凝土墩柱,下端支撐在承臺或封底混凝土上。
3、2 懸臂段的施工
懸臂段采用掛藍(lán)進(jìn)行施工。掛藍(lán)采用菱形掛藍(lán),在4片腹板處設(shè)4片主桁架,以4米的節(jié)段進(jìn)行澆注。后端錨固于腹板的豎向預(yù)應(yīng)力筋上。
3、3 塔柱的施工
在施工懸臂段的同時,進(jìn)行塔柱的施工。塔柱施工時注意預(yù)埋穿索平臺的預(yù)埋件。
