主橋預應力箱梁施工方案
本橋主橋采用變截面三向預應力連續現澆箱梁結構,頂板設2%橫坡,腹板傾斜,通過左右側腹板不同高度來調整橫坡。主跨為55m,邊跨32.95m,橋面為雙幅6車道。綜合考慮工期、造價等因素,采用支架現澆。由于主跨跨過海虞北路,在架設支架時,需預留海虞北路的行車道及人行道。
一、施工準備工作
(一)材料及材料試驗
箱梁混凝土設計為50號,屬高標號預應力混凝土,混凝土所使用的有關原材料嚴格按照技術規范的要求提前取樣進行認真試驗與檢測,各項質量指標必須達到規范規定的標準,并經監理工程師和指揮部復檢抽檢合格后,方可按計劃進行分批采購入場,在采購進場的過程中,指定專門材料試驗人員,按規定的頻率進行抽檢,發現有不合格的材料,拒絕驗收并堅決清退出場。50號砼所用水泥及箱梁所用I、II級鋼筋,均按照規范要求進行產品質量控制,合格后方可采購。
以上均為箱梁主體結構用材,嚴把材料質量標準關,是確保工程質量最重要的也是最關鍵的工作,應以高度負責的精神,嚴肅認真一絲不茍的工作態度做好這項工作。
(二)混凝土配合比設計與強度試配工作
前面關于施工準備工作第1條已經提到,現澆鋼筋砼連續箱梁砼設計標號為50號,是高標號砼。因此,在設計50號混凝土時,我公司將嚴格按照交通部2000年頒布的技術規范(范本)及公路工程水泥混凝土試驗規程的各項規定認真進行混凝土配合比設計,做混凝土配合比設計除按照技術規范的有關規定外,還必須考慮施工現場的實際情況,進行必要的修改與補充,特別是摻加砼添加劑以后對砼強度的影響。
